Posture: sit in easy pose

Focus: Eyes closed focusing on third eye point

Breath: Use the thumb of your right hand to block your right nostril. Do breath of fire through your left nostril while pumping your navel point in and out.

Mudra: The left hand in Gyan mudra, with the index finger touching your thumb. The right thumb is blocking your right nostril, and the other fingers are together pointing straight up.

End: inhale deeply, hold your breath for 10-20 seconds, exhale. Repeat 2X.

Comments: Breathing through the levy nostril stimulates the cooling, relaxing functions of the body. The breath flows mainly through only one nostril at a time. The flow of breath switches naturally from one nostril to the other every 2 ½ hours. When you need to reduce tension, breathe through the left nostril.
