  1. Introductory Zoom Meet up 

Once you book a meetup session, I will work with you to understand your goals and what you would like to get out of our sessions.

2.Introductory Session

During a 15 minute introductory session, we will assess your strengths, level of flexibility and stability, then determine a personalized plan for you.

 

3.Let's Begin

Now that you have been accessed and have an understanding of what your body needs you can select a session or membership package that best suits you.
